GREETINGS!I am contracting with musicians who are available on JULY 22 AND 23 to provide roving and/or acoustical style music for our Antique & Art Festival located in the downtown historical district of Centralia, WA. I am Manager of Pacific Galleries, Antique Mall and Auction House located at 310 Tower Avenue in the central historic district of Centralia. I have been coordinating promotions for businesses in our district and now have found myself offering my expertise in the planning of their large annual festival. The City of Centralia has provided me with a budget to contract with musicians to provide our musical entertainment for the thousands of people who attend this event. There will be 6 entertainment sites, 3 on each side of Tower Avenue. The musical group will have 2 to 21/2 hours to provide music for all locations, visiting each location 15-20 minutes. This includes one 20-minute break. The contract is for $200. My goal is to contract with 5 groups or individuals. Business awnings or tents will provide your shade and cover. You may sell cd’s during your roving timeframe. If you are interested, please reply to shelley@pacgal.com

The JazzRadioOnline.Org can provide a link of communication between radio stations, musicians and their listeners. Here is a powerful resource that can be tapped by music industry. Organization can be created and make connections that are not really there. The might of the Organization and individual stations can be based on the network, its listeners and individual members. It can be a publicly- supported cultural institution that promotes jazz, presenting music, news and events to a worldwide audience. It can function as an audience and career development resource designed for jazz professionals of all levels and in various segments of the industry. Check it out.
